Six departments make up the business. Each page shows the purpose, the people, the measures that matter and the systems the team works in.
Food and Beverage Production
Runs the fruit snack, sauce and chilled juice lines at Dandenong South across two shifts, following batch records and the food safety program so that every pack leaving the line is safe, correctly labelled and within specification.
High Volume Bakery
Operates the Shepparton bread and sweet bakery lines on a continuous roster, scheduling production to customer orders, controlling ingredient stock and bake profiles, and delivering fresh product to distribution centres within the daily dispatch window.
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Manufactures over the counter tablets and capsules for contract customers at the licensed Western Sydney site, working inside controlled rooms to approved batch manufacturing records, with every step checked and signed by a second person.
Quality and Food Safety
Owns the food safety program, the pharmaceutical quality system, the laboratory, supplier approval, complaints, recalls and internal audits, and releases every batch after reviewing the records that show it was made to standard.
Warehouse and Logistics
Receives, inspects and stores raw materials and packaging, holds quarantine stock until release, picks finished goods by lot and dispatches ambient and chilled loads with temperature records, keeping every movement traceable.
Maintenance and Engineering
Keeps plant, utilities and packaging equipment at all three sites running safely and hygienically through preventive maintenance, calibration of critical instruments, breakdown response and engineering support for new lines and changes.
