Leads the HACCP team, the laboratory and batch release at all three sites and has been with the business for seven years.
Danny Papadopoulos
Runs receiving, storage and dispatch at Dandenong South and the transport contracts for all sites, with nine years at Orchard Lane.
Mei Lin Chau
Leads maintenance, calibration and engineering projects across the three sites and joined the business six years ago as site engineer.
Liam Fitzgerald
Leads the day shift crew on snack line 2, runs allergen changeovers and trains new operators, and has been on the line for five years.
Priya Nair
Verifies critical control point records, runs the mock recall and supports internal audits, and has been with the quality team for three years.
Cass Whitmore
Dispenses raw materials and operates the compression suite at Western Sydney, and joined the site two years ago after completing a manufacturing traineeship.
