Receive and inspect three inbound deliveries
You are a Receiving Storeperson at the Dandenong South warehouse.
What has happened
Three deliveries are booked for the receiving dock this morning: navel oranges in bulk bins for the juice line, whey powder that must go to quarantine pending a microbiological result, and a pallet of printed sleeves for snack line 2. The sleeves need particular care because an obsolete sleeve with a superseded allergen statement was found on the line this week. Each delivery must be inspected on the dock before it moves, using the Goods Receipt Inspection Form, checked against the approved supplier register and the specification, and entered in the receipts system with the correct status. Danny Papadopoulos has said that anything doubtful goes to quarantine, not to the line.

Evidence guide
Look for every check on the form completed for each delivery, the supplier register consulted, the whey correctly held in quarantine, the sleeves quarantined or confirmed against the approved artwork rather than accepted on sight, allergen status recorded correctly and pallets labelled. The student must ask rather than guess when unsure.
